NAMI | Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

“NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Illness, is the nation’s largest nonprofit, grassroots mental health education, advocacy and support organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, PTSD, obsessive-compulsive disorder, borderline personality disorder, panic disorder and other mental illnesses.” -NAMI Website

I personally believe that between the approaches of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Therapy, and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy I am finding the therapy and counseling style that I fits my personality as a counselor.
